Miracle on 71st Street
Miracle on 71st St. is a Family Christmas tradition where families can enjoy fun Christmas activities while also giving to those less fortunate in our community. Miracle on 71st St was created in an effort to carry on the legacy and lifelong mission of the late Don Liem, which was to make the difference in the lives of children. Don made a huge impact in our community through his philanthropic efforts and we want to ensure that his legacy lives on for many years to come. Christmas is such a magical time for children and their families and we hope that we can create an event that will spread that magic to many children that wouldn’t otherwise be able to experience it.
When your children attend this fun holiday event, they will not only have fun celebrating the merriment of Christmas, but they will also be taught one of the most important aspects of the Holiday Season- spreading joy to others.
We are gearing up for our 5th Annual event to take place on December 8, 2024!

The mission of Miracle on 71st St is to create an event that families can come together year after year and not just enjoy the holiday fun at the event, but leave with a fulfilling feeling and memories that will last for years to come!
We are so excited to introduce the Miracle Market, a holiday market of local small businesses.
Our Cause
Spread DLove has partnered with the Tempe Public School District the past 5 years to identify at-risk children. In years past, we have provided clothing and toys but the last 4 years the focus has been on the need for bikes. For some of these children, a bike will serve as their transportation to and from school. Your donation will go towards providing a bike, helmet and lock for a child in need. We also provide food insecurity boxes for the families.
